A green tag is money — what the job actually pays you. A card with no tag is building work: it makes the paying jobs possible, and it still builds your streak.
When you start a job it becomes yours — it comes off everyone else's board for a week, so two people never work the same thing.
Open one and it goes a step at a time. Before you start, it tells you why the job matters and what done looks like.
Anything you need to say, search, or send — the exact words are written out with a Copy button. You never have to compose anything from scratch. Tap Next step as you go.
Finished? Tap Done — log it and drop your proof in the box — usually a link to the sheet you built.
The green tags are real rates Coach Teddy set. The card tells you what a sale pays you — fast cash jobs pay on the sale, and residual jobs keep paying you a share for as long as what you signed stays on.
If a card does not name a number, the rate is not settled yet — ask Coach Teddy before you count on one.
A four-minute setup asks when you are free and what kind of work you like, so your board only shows you work that fits. Coach Teddy can't match you to work until it is done.

Texts to the CoachX line, (813) 773-1279, and email to each site's hello@ address, together. Answer from here and it goes out as the same number or the same site — signed with your name inside. Nobody texts or emails a wall.

When it is switched on, an Ask Wingman about this step button appears inside every job, and I'm stuck gets answered here first instead of going straight to Coach Teddy. Until then, stuck works the way it always has — you tap it, you keep full credit, and he gets told.
This is the plan, not a thing you can start. Nobody is sending you Day 1. It is here so you can see where this goes — day 14 is a Cowork seat of your own, scoped to one project.

Two quick things while you're here — rough answers are fine.
None of this is about websites. Every one of them exists because somebody couldn't find something they needed.
A mom three towns over doesn't know there's a camp twenty minutes away, because nobody ever put it on a list. A dad hears "NIL" on the news and has no idea whether it means anything for his kid.
